HELLO

I know that you all are kind and pity on the poor and senior citizens and have burning desire to elevate their lives as much as you can. Then, I'm aware many of westerners are not in spiritually peace though they are materially rich. They therefore go on picnic and tour all over the world to reduce their tension, seeking for unto themselves instead.

We can seek happiness unto ourselves if we exactly know the reality of oneself, you see, the superior proud of their superiority, the rich for richness, the educated for glory and the poor for poverty. You may surprise when you learn that the poor pride of their poverty, it's true and not funny. If you're aware you'll hear from them " You cannot overwhelm and commend me though i'm poor; never try to bully me considering i'm a poor one, i will never fold on my hands; what do you think of me".

So what i mean to know oneself is to know what we are and not to proud of oneself and to delight other victory being jealous instead and to be pity and kind the poor despising and looking down instead.

No one and nothing can tortures you but only reaction of your mind. There will be nothing more to control if you could guard your mind. So, guard and watch your own mind to free from all unhappiness.
